Product Overview
Industrial Co Purification Technology And Equipment is a PSA-based gas purification system designed to recover and purify carbon monoxide from CO-containing industrial gases. It uses a two-stage adsorption process to remove impurities and produce high-purity CO for chemical manufacturing and industrial gas applications.
System Configuration
Feed Gas Compressor – Compresses the raw gas to the required operating pressure for PSA separation.
PSA-1 Adsorption Unit – Removes acid gases such as CO₂ and H₂S to protect downstream adsorption.
PSA-2 CO Purification Unit – Separates and concentrates carbon monoxide from the remaining gas mixture.
Adsorption Towers – Multi-bed switching system enables continuous adsorption and regeneration.
Valve Switching System – Automatically controls process sequencing and pressure equalization.
Booster System – Raises product gas pressure to meet downstream process requirements.
Drying & Liquefaction System – Removes moisture and prepares purified CO for storage or liquefaction when required.
Product Gas Storage Tank – Stores purified carbon monoxide before distribution or further processing.
PLC Control System – Monitors operating parameters and manages fully automatic system operation.
Safety & Instrumentation System – Integrates pressure, flow, gas analysis, alarms, and safety interlocks.

Technical Advantages
Two-stage PSA process effectively removes acid gases first, improving CO purity and adsorbent performance.
Multi-tower continuous operation provides stable gas production with minimal process interruption.
High-purity CO output delivers product gas purity up to 99.9% for demanding chemical applications.
Wide operating pressure range from 0.6–6.0 MPa allows flexible integration with different gas sources.
High recovery efficiency achieves CO recovery rates of 70–95%, improving utilization of valuable feed gas.
Fast start-up capability enables the system to reach normal operation in less than one hour, reducing downtime.
